The first Cellnex Smart Convention comes from the need of communicating with the employees after the stop of the activities due to the lockdown. The two streaming meetings have involved 175 participants: eight speakers alternated their speeches in a virtual branded theatre with interventions both from the studio and from home; the complete sharing of the contents on a full screen was ensured by a remote direction. The participants were able to interact through a simultaneous chat. That decreed the success on the First Cellnex Digital Event.
